Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel an order, please call orderTopia at least 15 minutes prior to your arranged pickup time.  If you call at least 15 minutes prior to your pickup time, orderTopia will be able to cancel your order and issue you a refund.  Unfortunately, if you call less than 15 minutes before your arranged pickup time, orderTopia will be unable to cancel your order and issue you a refund.  OrderTopia's telephone number is (434) 293 8857.  OrderTopia does not offer refunds under any other circumstances.
